Airmate vs Seattle Avionics for SkyView Data

I currently have SkyView HDX systems in both of the airplanes I fly. For the last several years, I have used Seattle Avionics ChartData for both systems. I carry an EFB in the cockpit, but rarely use it, relying on the data as displayed on the SkyView systems.

Given the recent actions by Seattle Avionics with FlyQ, I am hesitant to give them more of my money. I have recently learned that Airmate offers data for the SkyView system, and at a more attractive price point.

I am not looking to start a thread to bash Seattle Avionics or any other vendor, I would like to hear from those who have used data from both sources about comparisons / differences / gotchas.

Thanks in advance...

I have not used Seattle data. I tried Airmate and find that I like the standard Dynon nav and obstacle layer data more than the Airmate data. However, the addition of plates and the IFR map data rounds out the Dynon system nicely.

I rarely need to open my ipad inflight now.
