Air Line Accessories Question

I am soliciting opinions re desirability of air line accessories.
Have builders found light weight air hoses desirable?
What about air line swivels?
Air line pressure regulator?
If light weight air hose is desirable are there any suppliers for a roll of it so I can make my own?

Light weight hoses are good. Swivels will pinch! Avery has good light weight hose. Harbor freight OK for air regulators..... Also NAPA auto parts. They are not expensive.
