Aileron Trim Bracket/Control Mechanism Interference

Has anyone else experienced interference between the manual aileron trim lever bracket, mounted between the center seat ribs, and the main horizontal tube of the control mechanism when the stick is fully forward?

I think that I mounted the bracket per plans but the control tube still hits the flange of the bracket on full forward stick deflection.

Shortened Flange

I cut 3/16" off the flange and chamfered the plastic block to the new cut edge. The controls now bottom out on the control surface stops with plenty of clearance.
