Aileron torque tube to aileron connection?

OK experts! How the heck do you get the nut on the torque tube to aileron link, much less torque the bolt?! Either I'm having a brain fart or my fingers are too big (or both)! Help!!

For these hard to get at spots, I use a magnet on a stick, needle nose pliers or hemostat.
