Aileron neutral alignment

I seem to have a problem with getting all the holes on the rib and the aileron aligned to find the aileron neutral position.
The wings are quickbuilt and the aileron brackets are prepunched so I dont see a issue with build being wrong. How exactly can I find the real aileron neutral position?
Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do ??

So I read the plans again and see I must disregard the aileron holes. Things now make sense.
