Aileron deflection

I'm in the process of setting up the aileron linkage and at 18 deg. down deflection the pushrod comes in contact with the hinge bracket. I was wondering if it will be setup with less than that which means its not an issue. Here is a picture.

If I remember correctly you have to file a little grove for it.

Thanks for the replies, it looks like I'll wait until everything is mounted to make any final adjustments to the hole.
