Was just wondering...as Van's chaired the meeting in which kit manufactures were discussing "safety" during which the issue of "AOA" was marked as a top of the list item.

When is Van's going to enable the skyview AOA in the -12????????? A simple static rivet in the wing near the stall warning switch....and some tubing. So difficult.

Seems like a logical and inexpensive addition to the RV-12 kit (and -14?) since the Dynon is already set up for it. It's certainly consistent with the following statement from the EAA article: "The importance of transition training for pilots flying homebuilt aircraft, including increasing the awareness and use of angle of attack indicators, was among the top safety issues discussed".
