Anybody that's using the AFS-2500 Eng. Monitor ever have to replace their oil pressure sensor?
Mine has slowly started reporting the wrong pressure. I verified this by hooking up a mechanical gauge. I need to replace the sensor but was wondering it it can be had somewhere cheaper than AFS. If it can not then I'll get it from AFS.

Would this one work?

Pete, OK, you are right. I think the 5Hz unit does NMEA sentences also, but at 19.2Kbaud instead of 4.8, and 5Hz updates instead of 1Hz. You are right, that is a significant difference in data rate. Thanks for pointing that out. And sorry for the thread drift...

The Falcon 100 psi should work, you might need to calibrate it. You should also check the top seal on the old one before you buy a new one. The sensors are vented through the connector, try it with the seal removed and see if it works.
