AF3500 EFIS failure to start

I am a new owner of RV7 with an AF3500 EFIS installed. I left the master and I discharge the battery. I've charged the battery but I've got a problem with Plane power alternator with an intermitent charging problem. When the alternaor was not charging, I've lost power on my EFIS and it never come back. In the user manuel , it said there is a diode protection but I don't know if that fail and how to fix it.
Is there anyone has found a similar problem with the AF3500 EFIS?

Is anyone has the schematic diagram of the AF3500EEA EFIS?
In the user guide, it said with relay protection diodes installed, the EFiS screen can be turned on before the engine is started.

Give AFS a call.
My original 3500 is in a family member’s RV3 now and still going strong. But it has had occasional issues such as internal display ribbons becoming unplugged and memory battery needing replacement that required specific surgery.
They provided step by step guidance.
