Aerosport eyeball vents

Has anyone installed these vents in a 14A with or without the square adaptor?
Any pictures?

I used the Steinair Eyeball Vents I purchased from Aircraft Spruce. They are just as nice as the Aerosport but do not come with the adapter. Very easy to install on the 14A and there is no room for the adapter. Not Scat tube is necessary. There is already another thread on this subject also.
