Advice Request for Duckworks Landing Light Mount

Any tips for installing a Duckworks landing light mount on the RV-3B wing?

There are some rib bumps that are sort of in the way. Just wondering what anyone else did.

Let's talk tomorrow, when you come to visit my project. I'm planning the install in my 10 and also the 3, so this is a timely question to ask the group. I'm not sure what you mean by "rib bumps." Surely there's a solution. I've seen lots of 3s and 4s with the LE lights.

For ours, it didn't fit at all where the rib template showed it to go - looked like it was for a -10. We used the parts, but picked our own location that seemed to work fine - farther aft.
