Actuator cables through the gear towers?

It seems a favorite place to run the cables for heat and alternate air and oil cooler shutters is through the left gear tower. Makes sense.
My question is access later when it's time to torque the gear leg bolts with those cables there? I have done the tower mod, so I have an open place for hands, but won't there be a barrier of cables in the way?

I think the hot setup is to flip the bolts and use the gear bolt clips. Then you torque from underneath! Also be sure to use the “good” nuts!
