We have two Icoms A-200, but the pinout should be the same.

We hooked up two A-200's to a Garmin 240. However since your question is about the A-200, this may be useful. On the Icom:
- Pin 11,M,P, and 13 should be connected together at the Icom connector.
- Pin 6,15, F and S should be connected together and connected to ground.
- Pin 14 and Pin R should be connected to Power.
- Pin 9 should be connected to your Garmin 340 Com2 Mic Key out AND your 430's TX/RX Interl.
- Pin N should be connected to your Garmin 340 Com1 Mic Key out (and Com1 Mic Key out on the 340 should be connected to your 430 PTT)
- If you use the Garmin 340, then ignore Pins C, D, 3 and 4.

Normal disclaimer applies: if you blow something up, don't blame me! I highly recommend paying a professional like Steinair or any other to create a wiring diagram and/or wiring harnass for your particular situation.

Good luck,
Alexander

thank you
