A Tip for QB builders

My QB fuse was shipped in 07. Today I took out the wood spacers installed in the main spar cavity (between the two sides) and found some light corrosion on the anodized portion and a lot of corrosion on the un-anodized part.

It all cleaned off without any pitting or problems. However, I recommend that builders pull the wood out early in the process. I suspect the wood absorbs moisture and holds it in tight contact with the parts.
