A big shout out and kudos to Dynon Avionics. A long story very short. I have sent in and EFIS for repairs. UPS makes it disappear on it's way back to my intermediate address in New York. Keep in mind that I am halfway around the world in South Africa. What does Dynon do about it? The have shipped a replacement unit at NO COST and without any delay. Best customer support out there. It is then when you are glad that you represent a good company
