A-1207 acuation bracket

Hello, I've hit my first hardspot. Does the a-1207 acuation bracket hang out past the end of the a-1203 spar. What does the actuation bracket do, and also what does the a-1206 pivot bracket do? If the pivot bracket is off a little bit will it be a critical mistake when mounting the flaperon to the wing. The plans look pretty simple on these two assemblies but I must be braindead because I am having trouble understanding how it all works together. Does anyone know of any pictures of the counter-weight mounted to the spar? I have completed the wings and empennage and the fuselage ships next week. Thanks for any information on this subject. Yes, If the pivot bracket is off a little bit, it will be a critical mistake. BEFORE cutting the pivot bracket, read my hints here:

The actuation bracket gets sandwiched between FLAPERON TORQUE TUBE parts that stick out of the fuselage. The bracket is what makes the flaperon move.
