60Amp CB FROM Van's

I've got my 60Amp CB ( pn. ES CB 1648-009-060 ) from Vans.

In order to set my side right panel with all my CBs, I would like to know how I can put together the klixon CBs and the HUGE (dimension) 60 Amp CB with the same copper buss bar.

Not easy. You could try some fancy metal bending but I just used a short 8AWG patch. See short curved wire from the white CB in the photo at the below link:

60A Alternator jumper

I looked real hard about running a copper bus bar and gave up, instead ran a #8 jumper wire from the breaker to the bus.

Also, you'll notice the breaker body is "loose" to the shaft of the breaker, unlike all the other breakers. When you mount it to the panel, the breaker body will rattle around. I was uncomfortable with what kind of fatigue that might result over time. I modified a nylon washer to act as a shim behind the panel so it would snug up to the panel.
