500x5 Axles (Grove or other?)

I have been converting an RV-8A over -8 config. Legs ready for install and ready to bolt on axles for my Cleveland 500x5 wheels & brake. Catch is I need to buy the axles (as the -8A axle is part of the gear legs).

Have been looking at two on AC$ site: one is Grove and other a generic but apparently identical & dimensionally similar just $10 cheaper per axle.

Question is, other than bragging rights, do the Grove axles offer any feature(s) significantly better?

Any inputs? Personal experiences?
