5 Point Crow Harness Help for -7A Install

I'm building a -7A and have decided on Crow 5-Pt Harnesses.

Can someone who has installed these in their 7A provide some advice on how to place the order:

belt width advice (2" or 3" ?)
best lengths for the shoulder and lap belts to fit in the -7A model
spacing of the brackets for the crotch strap (standard 1/8" as in the instructions or wider spacing?)
"Y" or "V" configuration shoulder strap?

shoulder harness needs to be extended by about 12 inches. The rest is personal preference (eg. 2 vs. 3" width etc..). Also, hit Search, this has been discussed before.
