Do I read Fig-2 correct?

Should I install nord-lock washers under the bolt head as well as the lock nuts when attaching the hub mount half to the prop shaft?? It's not clear in the figure but I was supplied enough to do the job.

That's the way I read the figure.

That is correct. Just make sure you put the right Nordlock sides together to lock them. When you loosen them to change your pitch you will hear a "click" as the Nordlocks pop loose.
