4 way switch mount?

I just order the DJM throttle quadrant and a 4 way coolie hat switch that I'd like to mount in the throttle handle as a push to talk for 2 radios (forward for Comm1, backwards for Comm2). The switch is about 1/16th smaller all around than the hole in the throttle handle--before I spend too much time thinking about how I'm going to get it to stay there, I was wondering if anyone has seen a mount of sorts for the switch? I don't have my infinity grips yet--is there a piece that inserts into the grip or is it built in? Any thoughts/ideas before I start tinkering?
