3M doesn't seem to make any. The other day a random google search popped up an ad for these grit-impregnated nylon foam discs made by Mercer. I ordered one from Empire Abrasives to try out. They work well. Much cheaper too. The "fine" grade is already quite aggressive, perhaps try extra fine for skin edge deburring.
