3X Sioux Drill Issues

I was working on my rudder today and as I was match drilling, the whole front of my drill came apart. I was shocked. Problem is I cannot figure out how to get the post inside the drill to keep from spinning while I thread it back on. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Larry. Yes, it probably will. I'll have to give that a try. Actually maybe now would be a great time to change it out since it's already off.
