32-10. 32-14, 33-03

I was studying the rear of my fuselage, and noticed that the rear baggage bulkhead (1207B) has four nice nutplate type empty holes. It would appear that the corrogated rear baggage bulkhead would screw to these nutplates.
Page 32-10 shows the 1207B not yet installed, yet on page 32-14 it magically appears installed, no appearance of nutplates yet. Over on 33-08 we install the rear corrogated baggage bulkhead, but no specific indication any screws go in there (but common sense would indicate so).
Did Vans forget to instruct us to put on nutplates, or as one might assume they did not want nutplates installed there?
Or more likely some way earlier instruction required nutplates, and I missed it.

You missed it. The nutplates are installed somewhere in chapter 21 (I don't have the builders manual at home so not able to look it up);
