HAS ANYONE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE FLAP HANDLE CHAFING THE FUEL LINE?
EVERYTING SEEMS TO BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE BUT THE FUEL LINE IS BEING CHAFED AGAINST THE FLAP HANDLE. HAVE TRIED TO PUSH THE LINE DOWN, BUT THERE IS NOT MUCH PLAY. SEEMS TO ME THAT THE TOLERANCES ARE WAY TOO CLOSE.( UNNECESSARILY SO)
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I AM GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA?

Everyone has same problem...

This has come up before. Check RVator #3, 2009 page 8 for Ken Scott's solution. It worked for me.
If you don't subscribe to RVator you can download it on the Van's website. I read it carefully, it has helped me a number of times.
Should be an easy fix,
Good luck.

Worked for me as well

Mine also rubbed on the flap handle cross bar but I made a wooden block very similar to what Ken described in the RVator and was able to achieve adequate clearance with little difficulty. It worked great and did not damage the fuel line.
