2" Wing Tip Light Mount

Does anyone have a source for a 2" adjustable light mount similar to the one supplied in the Vans wing tip light kit?

I am going to build my own LED nav lights and want to use the tips for taxi lights also. I assume most of the price for the Vans kit is for the halogen bulbs. It's hard to justify buying the kit soley for the mounts as I wont use the bulbs.

You can buy individual parts from Duckworks for their lading light kits. They will probably be willing to sell you a mount kit without a bulb.
