Borescope additional light

Does anyone use an additional light like a bore light in the second spark plug hole for additional light?
My photos are a bit dark

I often use a pen light.

I find this VERY useful for working inside installed Cyl's, doing valve guides etc. I'm confident this would help you.

Yes, I think an additional light helps with shadows and reflections.

Yup. Sometimes I’ll turn the light on my borescope off and use an alternate led lamp for illuminating.

Thanks everyone. I orderded a couple different bore lights to test. I was shooting the Savy Aviation series on my engine. 30 hours on the Hobbs. I wish I had done it before first engine start as a control, but all looks good.
