I asked Van's support just what the RV-3B operating limits were, since they don't seem to be specified anywhere. Sterling provided this information.
1,100 lbs Gross weight
1,050 lbs Aerobatic weight - includes wing fuel (this is also true for CN-1 and CN-2)
50 lbs Max baggage weight if other limits aren't exceeded
59.72 inches Forward CG limit (18% of chord)
64.58 inches Aft CG limit, normal (27% of chord)
63.5 inches Aft CG limit, aerobatics (25% of chord)
+6 Max positive limit g load
-3 Max negative limit g load
