Cee Bailey Windshield Fit

UnPossible

Well Known Member
Hey - now that I have the side windows installed, I moving on to the windshield.

Note: I am using the Cee Bailey Windshield.
As you can see in the pics below, when I place the top of the windshield inside the upper joggle, the windshield sticks out a couple of inches on each side. I can pull it in, but it requires a bit more force than I am comfortable with.

For those 10 builders that used the Cee Bailey windshield, is this what yours looked like before you started trimming it? All four of the side windows fit really well, and I am a bit suprised by windshield.

I will give Cee Bailey a call in the morning, but wanted to check and see if what I have looks normal, or if something is goofy with my windshield.

Thanks,
Jason

I just placed my newly received Cee Bailey’s windshield on my fuselage and everything appears to fit well. Only a 3/4” gap at the bottom corners which I’m guessing is because I haven’t taken off the protective plastic yet for the install.
Planning to install it in January.
