Happy New Year - And (Maybe) Hat Sighting
Happy New Year to all of our flying friends! The Year 2018 ended with a flight, so it seemed necessary for 2019 to start with a flight. There wasn't any of the requisite noise from our airpark community, so we decided to fix that even though the weather was, well, not great. Clearly our fellow pilots needed a ceiling report. The consensus in our cockpit was low and "variable".
Does a hat sighting count if it is the back of the hat?

Many will recognize that hat from a certain VAF "vintage". It has about four other friends in daily rotation and they all show the ravages of over a decade of FUN.

I?ve been off of the internet for a few days. Happy New Year!
I did spend 8 hours of flight time with one of those headsets, although mine is awesome, it?s not as brightly colored as either of yours!
Sound and transmittion quality were excellent.

Arguing on the internet is like having a competition to see who can hit a brick wall the hardest. You may win, but you're still an idiot.
