I’m having some issues with my dynon
Ems I’m getting some cht reading that fluctuate about 10 degrees pretty fast
And oil temperature readings that I don’t think they are correct
Anyone else having misreading

Check spade connectors

I've had similar issues with the CHT probes. The culprit was the pre-installed spade connectors. I recrimped them and all was good, but ultimately replaced the terminals. I can't speak to the oil temp issue, nor if they are related through a faulty EMS.

I ditched the spade connectors several hundred hours ago and switched to Omega connectors designed for thermocouple wires. Not a single problem since (knock on wood ).
