Here's a video showing a plane spinning and various incorrect inputs by the instructor to show the effects of each input. Pretty interesting stuff.

Wow... he is coming down fast! How easy it is to get into spin like that with RVs?

Descent Rate

45 seconds to loose about 4500 feet. 100 feet per second = 6000 feet per minute! I guess that's why its called a stall - because at that rate, you're not really flying any more!

Not only that, your REALLY not flying anymore either. Looks like an Extra he was flying, i'd imagine that sinks a little faster than an RV would in a spin, but then again, I have no first hand experience.
