F-1030 Bushings Thickness

I am trying to work on the flap torque Tibbs section of the build and I cannot locate the 4 UHMW F–1030 bushings. I went on the Vans website and they are on backorder with no definitive date as to when I can expect fulfillment.

I’m going to FAB my own out of stock material.

Will somebody please measure and tell me the dimensions of their bushings so I can make a template? Thank you.

On Vans website in the store they are shown as .75" thick.

Drawing 40-4 Fig #2 shows all the dimensions you will have to layout.
