RAC Ray Allen

Twenty five years ago, 1998, I ordered my RV 8 tail kit with electric trim. A week ago, my Ray Allen elevator trim servo became intermittent. I pulled it out and bench tested it. It failed again. I called RAC Friday after hours and Scott picked up the phone and provided very helpful information.
In addition to being amazed that a business phone was answered after hours, Scott offered to replace the servo at a discount. Extraordinary customer service to replace a 25 year old part at a discount.
