Default Van's Tech Support Job in Oregon

Van's is in the process of hiring a Builder Technical Support Specialist to join our team, working at the Van's factory in Oregon.

A strong candidate will have RV-building experience as well as customer relationship management skills and experience. Also necessary are strong verbal and written communication skills, business computer experience (MS Office and other business tools), and a patient, positive, problem-solver personality. As a member of the support team, you will bring perspective and experience that helps Van’s round out our support knowledge and skillset. In your daily work, you’ll help determine how we communicate with our broader customer base, especially as it relates to technical topics. The ideal candidate will have built, finished, and flown one or more RVs. Over time, an experienced RV pilot established in this role may have the opportunity to conduct customer demonstration flights and/or to represent Van's Aircraft at aviation events.

To apply, send us your resume and a cover letter describing what you bring to the table. You should email your resume to jobs@vansaircraft.com and reference "Tech Support" in the subject line of your email. We look forward to hearing from you. Don't delay - we are speaking with applicants and would like to make a decision in the near future!

This position is located is at our factory in Aurora, Oregon (KUAO). We've been asked if this position can be remote, and it cannot. The job's duties require working in person at the Van's factory.
