Default 29-03: F-01464 Upper and F-01442 Lower Drag Fittings

Should I round the sharp edges and prime the F-01464 upper and F-01442 lower drag fittings? I think probably yes, but they are such nice milled pieces I wanted to cross-check. What did you do?

I asked a friend who has built a -10 and his response was that there were no such parts on the -10.
