I just wanted to send out a shout out to Tony over at safe air.
I recently realized that there was a pitot mast "recall" from like 5 years ago. A few masts had some broken welds. I still had the old one sitting in the box. I contacted Tony and he immediately told me to send mine in for a replacement.
After i sent it in I realized I better look at my pitot kit thats been on the shelf since 2010. I sent a picture of it to Tony and he recalled i was missing several items from the kit that are now included.
Not only was he sending me a new pitot mast but also updating my pitot kit with all the current stuff it was missing. Some additional fittings and so on.
He answered my emails promptly and really took care of me!
Im sure you all already know this about these guys but A+ in my book!
