DWG 25 instructs to “predimple” the 722 bulkhead where the 750 rear baggage covers will attach. DWG 29 shows using LP4-3 pulled rivets in this location. All parts are prepunched for -3 (#40), but this obviously isn’t an issue to upsize.
So what say you? LP4-3 is not a countersunk rivet, so no need to predimple

Use CS4-3 countersunk pulled rivet.
