Is there a way to save the G3x configurations with a data card rather than having to take photos of every screen? If not, it would be great if it were added. If so, how?

In the current G3X Touch installation manual (rev. AP), go to 35.4.5 Configuration Files Page. You can copy the configuration files to your data card and also restore from the same data card.
The steps are (make sure you have an SD card in the G3X data port):
1. Go into the config mode on the G3X
2. Go to the Config Files Page from the first page that comes up
3. Select 'Menu' key at the bottom of the G3X
4. Click on the 'Export System Configuration' button
The file will appear on the Config Files Page and will also be found on the data SD card.
Pat nailed the instructions for unloading the configuration file to an SD card, follow those and you will be all sorted out. You can find the latest revision of the G3X Touch Installation Manual here, for future reference. Please feel free to send any questions that may come up to us directly at [email protected] as well.
