Cover for A/C Compresor

UnPossible

Well Known Member
Hey - for the folks that have installed A/C in your 10, can you please post a picture or two of how you covered the A/C compressor?

I have all the baffles trimmed to clear the compressor, but still trying to figure out the best way to handle covering / baffling around the A/C compressor.

Thanks!

I found a picture of one example of a AC Compressor cover that I could duplicate, but have a question.

It looks like there are 2-3 screws attaching the cover to the baffles, and 2 attaching it to the front of the cowl lip. Will this cause problems when the engine shakes at start up and shut down?

I'd expect the baffles to move with the engine, while the cowl would remain relatively stationary.... or am I just worrying too much?
