Honestly, based on their re-org and disclosure that their sales increased 250% over the last year, I think they are doing the best they can.
I still have things trickling in from back orders, and plenty of my "one-off" orders are taking weeks to ship vs days. I'm hoping they are starting to get ahead on the backlog, but don't expect huge reductions in lead times until *my wild guess* next year.
