Hi Lucas, not to hijack this thread but I had an interesting thing happen with my Sorcerer today. First off, it's in an RV-10 with a G-900X panel. I'm still getting used to the Sorcerer so I set it up with the factory recommended settings. I find that it does 2 things that gets my attention; It will sometimes lose (or gain) altitude over the selected "hold", especially in a turn, and then start chasing (read porpoising) above and below the altitude by 100 feet (maybe more).
Secondly, when I set it up to fly an ILS it coupled then started a climb to intercept the glide slope, which was above me. I had reduced power for the approach and suddenly I was losing significant airspeed in the climb. I had to disconnect the AP and fly it by hand. What's going on and how do I fix it?
