Hi all,
Just a pirep during these covid times. I was out flying around this weekend and stopped by L45 for some cheap fuel ($3.68 on 1/2/21).
Found out the cafe on the field is open for indoor dining (may be old news, but I've been sequestered in LA). Good food and large portions.
The Rocket Cafe was sold by John Harmon to new owners who reopened it as Glitz Cafe early last year. It's been updated a bit with booths and some paint, but still similar to the Rocket.
If you're looking for somewhere to fly to eat, this is a good place.

PS Masks seemed to be optional, so be aware if you're so inclined.
