Default Low EGT Problem after Annual

RV-12 with a 912 ULS and dual Dynon Skyview touch. Normal EGTs were about 1370 F while running at cruise. Just came out of annual and both EGTs read ambient temperature prior to start. Upon engine start both EGTs go to 450 F and stay there at cruise. CHTS are normal at about 170 F and the engine runs fine. Only carb work during annual was to weigh the floats which were fine. Any suggestions on how to test EGT probe or EMS220? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

You could pull out the probe and hold a lit match under it to see if it won’t exceed 450F.

I tried a HF heat gun and got the probe to 500 F.

That might be all a heat gun will put out. Try a lit match.
