This is an airworthiness issue, hence the AD.
60 days or 25 flight hours (piston powered) and you'll need to change the lag bolts if your prop is included the SN range supplied in MT SB30. I'm not slamming MT. Just posting for those who do not know. I have a subscription of faa.gov that notifies me when any propeller AD is listed.

MT SB 30, Rev 7, pages 2-4 list the effected SN's that will need to have the lag bolts replaced.

The lag bolts hold the blade in the ferrule, which hold the blade in the hub.
I'll post some pictures of a cutaway blade we have at work once I get home.
