This kit was started in 2020 and is essentially a COVID build by the previous owner. I guess there are some benefits to the pandemic!
This first post will provide a snapshot of the build of the kit prior to us taking over the project. We have a photographic record of the build to date, and I will post several photos from that collection.
In future posts, we will provide more detail about the activities that are being undertaken by the TurbAero build team in the photos.
Of course, we are removing the O-360 from the firewall and replacing it with the TurbAero Talon.
We are now preparing Episode 2 of our YouTube series. We are planning to get it out on or near to 01 September. Please check it out. After the YouTube video comes out, I'll post some more photos here.

Our apologises for not updating this thread sooner - at the start of September, we released episode 2 of our Built An RV7T With Me series which detailed an in-depth preliminary inspection of the project to determine whether we need to carry out any rectification work on what has been done to date on our RV7T.
It was concluded that there are several areas where we intend to tidy up the work that’s already been done to bring it up to the standard that we aim to achieve, and that more detailed internal inspection work will be required to fully determine the extent of any potential rectification work.
