Low Level Formation

Nice video. But be careful about low level formation in trail where #2 and #3 are below the lead. In the Air Force when flying low level, all flight members have to stay level with or above the lead. All too easy to focus on the lead and not notice that you don't have terrain clearance.

Thanks for the caution, Matt. Pat and I are two aging light attack types...never had any rules like that in the Navy. ...lot's of ways to skin the cat and we do it with plenty of safety margins.

The terrain is absolutely beautiful and reminds me very much about Norway.
If I had a chance to fly my RV in the US, that place would definetely be on my bucket-list.
