Default Garmin SL-40 Software Version

Does anyone know what is different between software Ver 2.1 and Ver 2.2 for Garmin SL-40 comm?

Is Ver 2.2 latest software for this radio?

Thanks in advance...

2.1 and 2.2 contain the same COM software. There are two displays that were used to build the SL 40, and each of these software versions is specific to one type of display. In other words, 2.1 and 2.2 are identical in every way other than the software used to drive the display. If you have either one of those two software versions loaded, you are up to date, and the other version would not work on your unit.

Thanks,

Justin
