Default Midlothian Midway Airport
Will (possibly) be flying an RV8 down to Mid-Way Regional airport this weekend beginning Thursday to visit a college roommate and tour the area. Would like to hangar the RV8, looking for the cheaper overnight alternatives either at MidWay or nearby. Anybody go there often?

Midway is a pretty good place. If you're in the south Dallas area, don't be afraid of Redbird (RBD, aka "Dallas Executive"). FBOs there are competing for business. I have used Ambassador with success before, but it's been about 18 months.

Use caution for glider activity and banner towing at and near JWY.
