Default My 1st passenger

My son Mitchel was my first passenger yesterday in the RV-8 he helped build. (He's 16 now). It was awesome! We had perfect conditions and he had the time of his life!
I can't wait to take him up again!

It is not as much fun flying solo. Well, other than the high rate of climb.
Good judgment comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Very, very cool. I've been working with kids building an RV-12 for over a year now, and the real value to your son isn't evident from the picture. You have given that boy something life-changing. You will see it. Congratulations.

It is so that I can take a picture like this that I am building my RV7. Thank you for the inspiration. Congratulations on the build and on achieving that RV grin
